This is the privacy policy of BuyerVoice LLC, which runs BuyerVoice.AI. It covers this website and the research interviews people take at interview.buyervoice.ai.

This website

We do not ask for your name or email on this website. If you write to us at [email protected], we use what you send to answer you.

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are read and where visitors come from. It sets cookies in your browser to do this. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services, and you can turn Google Analytics off with Google's opt-out add-on for your browser.

We do not sell personal information.

Research interviews

What we collect

Your answers: what you say, which we record and transcribe, and what you type or select. We also keep your browser type and language, to help with technical problems. We do not store your IP address. An interview does not ask for your name or email.

Who runs the interview

An AI moderator. You are not talking to a person.

How we use your answers

For research. We may share findings with the organization that sponsored the study. Findings never identify you by name.

Who helps us

Service providers host the interview, transcribe recordings, and write follow-up questions. They handle your answers only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We delete audio recordings 90 days after a study closes. We keep transcripts and answers. If we hold contact details used to invite you, we remove them 90 days after the study closes.

Rewards

If a study offers a reward, you claim it on a page run by our rewards provider. The provider asks you for what it needs to deliver the reward, such as an email address, and handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive it.

Deleting your data

Write to [email protected] and include the reference code from the end of your interview, or your interview link. We will delete your recording, transcript, and answers within 45 days.

Claim any reward first. A reward that has not been claimed cannot be claimed after your data is deleted.

The same address takes any other request about your information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we post the new version here with a new date.
